This was a classy, immaculate, very pleasant hotel stay . The room was not large , but beautifully appointed and one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The bathroom/shower is fantastic. I really appreciated the personal email from the concierge who answered my questions via text prior to coming almost instantly and the Prosecco and champagne was fun. It has one of the best rooftop bars I have been to in Asheville and it was a stunning view of the Blue Ridge. The speakeasy on the bottom floor was also very fun after being out for the evening. We did not get to eat in the restaurant, but apparently it’s fantastic. 11 am checkout is always nice. This was a very pleasant stay right in the middle of downtown Asheville, which is so convenient and we will be back !

What a great hotel! They did an incredible job of rehabbing this wonderful flat iron building. It's like stepping back in time when you enter. The valet and front desk clerk were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Due to the shape of the building, our room was a bit on the smaller side but was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were only here for 1 night, but we got to enjoy the rooftop bar, the restaurant and the Speakeasy downstairs. We had the lemon pizza and it was delicious. The location is fantastic. It's walkable to all the downtown attractions, stores and restaurants. Would 100% recommend. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Asheville.

The rooms are smaller but comfy. The hotel had wonderful attributes and I loved the history. I would stay there again. Staff was attentive. Rooms were clean. Great location!

Visited the roof top bar and thouroghly enjoyed the sunset views. The hotel was refreshing and enjoyed our stay for sure -throwback 20's was quite unique - The renovation was remarkable. Will definitely visit again

Such a cool hotel in a cool town. We love art deco, and this was it! Super friendly staff brought us to our room in a 1930's elevator. Super clean, very comfy room, roof top decks were amazing.

We stayed at the Flat Iron to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and our experience was impeccable. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with much of its history still reserved, but with some modern touches. We loved the Luminosa restaurant, Red Ribbon Society speakeasy, and the rooftop. The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown, and convenient to shopping areas. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re visiting downtown Asheville and looking to stay somewhere special.
