We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton in Asheville, NC. The staff was very nice, especially Erin in the restaurant! Also, the rooms were clean, the ameniities were great, and the ambience was relaxed with beautiful decorations. The one thing we thought could be improved was the bed (not the most comfortable), and the bedding (kind of scratchy). Otherwise, the Kimpton was great and we would stay there again!

The hotel overall was terrific. Our only negative rating was regarding the pillows. For an upscale hotel the pillows were flat with little padding.
