Excellent property. Very convenient to everything in downtown Asheville. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Did hear some noise at night from the bar but it was manageable.
We loved our stay at this beautiful, centrally located loft downtown. It was spacious, clean, and had lots of towels and kitchen things. The only issue is that one bedroom that had a window had a noisy guy drilling one night right outside and then the building across the alley had strobing lights all night into the morning that could not be blocked out with the curtains. This obviously made it hard to sleep. I am not sure if the strobing and work is permanent but it would have been a perfect stay otherwise!
We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms large and the beds very comfortable. The only downside was the water pressure in the showers and the shower door would not stay closed. But it would not deter us from coming back - the place was really great!
First time in Asheville and we really enjoyed the hiking, shops and restaurants. The property was in a convenient/quiet/walkable location and had high end finishes. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would switch out the two modern chairs in the living room for something more comfortable. Parking is not included but we did not have any trouble finding a meter on the street when needed. I would return to this property and recommend to family or friends.
Enjoyed staying here. First time hanging out in downtown Ashville, and this was a perfect location near all restaurants, galleries, and shops. I would recommend.
Very clean, and close proximity to
Everything in the city. Only problem we encountered was the middle guest room shower door was not functioning properly and there was a broken foot stool in a closet that seemed
To be a piece that should have been in the den area.
We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Asheville (girls weekend with my mom and sister). The location is convenient to be able to walk to many restaurants around. There is one bedroom that faces an alley and has windows looking out. That bedroom is particularly loud at night on the weekends. Would be nice for the owner to provide a sound machine for light sleepers. There is also some weird things going on with the lights and fans. I messaged the owner several times during our stay because the fan and light in my bedroom kept randomly turning on and off and beeping in the middle of the night. They said they sent someone out to fix it, but it continued. And when you turned a fan off in the living room, it turns off the fans in the bedrooms. So something is not right with the wiring of all of that. Overall, the unit was very, very clean and nice. But the issue with the fans and lights were frustrating.
We enjoyed our three day weekend so much staying at this property. The layout is perfect for families and/or couplesâ weekends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a lot of space. Kitchen area well stocked to make meals if desired. Very central location and we walked everywhere.
Only drawback would be there is not designated parking but there is metered street parking. The AC hotel also does allow overnight parking but unfortunately it was full during our stay.
We would stay here again for sure!
Property was great. The only negative for the whole stay was parking,
Had to either use on the street meter parking or pay for parking garage about one block away.
Otherwise excellent!
Great location, great space - everything was in excellent shape and the unit was very nice. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. The only thing I think needs improvement are the bath towels, coffee, and the toilet paper (like sandpaper).seem like simple fixes for an excellent place to stay.
The apartment was as advertised and was perfect for our family members who traveled to Asheville. It was spacious and provided us with what we needed to enjoy a Family Thanksgiving at the apartment. The location was terrific as it is within walking distance of everything in Downtown Asheville. The one drawback is that since it is in the middle of Downtown Asheville it can be a little noisy at night; however, that we expected when we made our selection.
Location was perfect for accessing downtown amenities without needing to drive. Also centrally located for heading out to hikes along the Blue Ridge parkway by car. Extremely well appointed and very nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.
We could not have asked for a better location. We walked everywhere.
The lobby and room were beautiful. Everything seemed new from furniture to pots and pans. We were surprised about two things⊠there was a lock on the largest bedroomâs closet so had to hang clothes in the hallway closet and also the kitchen wasnât supplied with any serving bowls.
