Great location for walking. Amazingly quiet in building even though located in the heart of bars and restaurants. Huge balcony overlooking Lexington street. Clean. Everything you need and dog friendly. Would stay again.
My wife and I had a great weekend in Asheville at this property. We were in town for a concert and had stayed in the building previously, but it was just as nice the second time around! The apartment is extremely clean and spacious, and the building and parking garage are very secure. It's walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, breweries, and the heart of downtown. 10/10 would stay there again!
Couldn't have been better for us. Parking was very convenient and safe. The location is an easy walk to endless shopping, bars/breweries, and restaurants. Apartment is very modern and clean w/ a big balcony. No reason to look anywhere else if this place is available when you want to go to Asheville.
This beautiful condo was the perfect spot for our first trip to Asheville. Just steps from many breweries, shops and restaurants. The huge balcony was cool and comfortable for morning coffee or a nightcap. Would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back again!
Great place & location but we did not have AC the first 2 nights. The property team was responsive but it took 2 days to get the AC working. They local team offered compensation and now I'm still waiting to hear the final outcome 2 weeks later. Also the parking garage code was slightly different than the door code to enter the building, also frustrating after a long day of travel.
This condo was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We didn't have to use the car when visiting downtown Asheville's many fine restaurants and shops. We're both in our 70's and it was a fairly easy uphill walk going into town. We had one issue concerning the condo, but management responded and remedied the situation. One thing to note, in the condo description it states there is construction taking place across the street, however it is right next door to the building.
The condo was new, modern, clean and well appointed. It's in a great location on the fringes of Downtown, but very walkable to shopping and restaurants. We did not have a view of the mountains, but our balcony was huge and a great place to sit. We had some trouble with the locks and entry and the keyless lock on our door was dead when we arrived. The online help was able to get us in using a lock box that was there also. The local manager failed to follow up with us after several calls. But otherwise was great!
This is the second time we stayed in this beautiful condo in downtown Asheville. Itâs short walk to the all of the shops, restaurants and breweries and easy to get to the interstate if you want to drive to a hike. The condo is spacious with plenty of rom and a great kitchen. There is construction right next door for a new hotel, but it didnât really bother us. The wifi is weak and disconnected frequently. I restarted it with only a slight improvement. It wouldnât have been much of an issue except that AT&T coverage in Asheville is horrible. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks
This is a wonderful property within walking distance to many attractions, breweries, and restaurants! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only downside was the code to the garage/stairwell hadnât been updated so we had to call to receive the new code. However it was super easy to reach out to get the new codes. Would definitely stay here again!
