The room, and hotel overall, was clean and presentable. The showers were clean with convenient dispensers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Water pressure was good. Decent size fridge and adequate TV. Pillows were surprisingly comfortable. I did not check out the pool or eat breakfast there. Nice hotel in a beautiful area. Not right on the lake front, but close to walk to.

Ashland is Adorable!!

The hotel was great, but we really loved walking around the downtown area outside of the hotel! Very cute shops and restaurants, and there are many murals painted on buildings. Absolutely loved the area!!

Nice room, quick check in, the most expensive of the three hotels I stayed in on my trip. Thought it was about $70 overprices. I stayed on Lake Minocqua and had a small condo with a kitchen overlooking the lake for $169.00

For the price we paid, it was not that good. Small hotel, well maintained and clean. The breakfast was not that great although they had hot and cold options. They charged us 2+ dollars a day for a safe we did not use even though they told us it was taken out. There was a smell in the room that was strong - cleaning liquids? There is nothing in Ashland and the only reason we stayed was because we could not find any hotels in bayfield or Washburn

Have stayed here several times in the past 2 years and everything was excellent. Most recent stay was different…I was surprised to find that my assigned room hadn’t been cleaned and made ready, however, staff was able to quickly move me into another room. Overall this is a great place to stay while in the Ashland, WI area.

Near Lake Superior

This newer hotel was centrally located to a number of Northeastern Wisconsin activities. Bayfield, Hayward, Great Lakes Visitors Center and Ashland itself, are all within an hours drive or less. Ashland's Murals are well worth locating and viewing - an amazing city project. Breakfast at Cobblestone was different each day and good. Staff was helpful and friendly.
