Great Experience

This property is in a fantastic location. Parking can be difficult in Aspen. This place comes with a parking pass for the property. Once parked nearly everything is within walking distance. I had a few random questions during our stay and the management team was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Great place to stay - comfortable and great location!

A couple of our ski coaches stayed here while they were coaching athletes at a ski race at Aspen Mountain. The location was great and the condo was super comfortable. The host was amazing and regularly communicated check in and updated info with us. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again when we need to travel to Aspen!

Quick Aspen Getaway

This was a great spot for a quick getaway. My wife and I stayed here with another couple. We had plenty of space, great location, easy access to Aspen mountain and the transport center. Would recommend and stay again.

A very practical and spacious unit. Great windows and lighting . Location is great! Beds comfortable. Decor, Asian, not my style, but liked the two Aspen pics. Wall units for A/C were too big and in the way. Management quickly removed them when we asked. Recommend a better coffee maker and one that automatically turns off.

Great location. A little dated.

Pros: The location of this condo was excellent - we parked on the street and didn’t need to use our car for 4 days. We walked to restaurants, the gondola, hiking trails and even did a bike trip from central Aspen to Maroon Bells, all without needing a car. The hot tub was a nice amenity which we used multiple times. The managing team was responsive via text. Cons: the unit was a little dated, but from what we understand that can be common in Aspen. It had some floor mounted AC machines which had been installed and helped with cooling during the summer days, but you couldn’t shut the shutters at night. We ended up putting up a blanket but it was a bit of a trade off for cool air. The rooms were a bit small and we couldn’t fit our suitcases, so we ended up using the day bed room as a closet. The couches and throw pillows have seen some wear and could use some cleaning. The first night we were there the showers didn’t have any hot water (this was only an issue the one time - everything was fine from the next day onward.) Overall, the condo experience was fine - we really were only there to sleep at night - and the location won out over the other minor inconveniences.

Wonderful Aspen Condo right near mountain and town

This condo had everything we were looking for! The close proximity to the town was a definite plus. We loved the pool, cleanliness and easy parking. The condo was extremely quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend the unit!

Well set up and close to the mountain

The condo was really lovely. The kitchen has everything you need. The 3 full baths made for a lovely friction free stay for our family of four and one adult friend. The common area has a lot of space for everyone to spread out - and it's a reasonable walk to the gondola and all the amenities in Aspen. Great trip, great place to stay.

Thanksgiving goodness

Very fine property and unit. Pool and hot tub were under construction which was a bummer, but hot tub opened on the last day. Leaves in the common walkways outside, but they cleaned them up once during our stay. It definitely was a shoulder week in Aspen before the holiday, but the management team did a nice job and was always available to answer questions. Oh yeah and parking in their spots off street was easy this time of year. I imagine during peak weeks, you would need to get registered with the city for an overnight spot. Aspen is pretty particular about parking and we say several tickets given for those on the street over night.

Nice place

Responded quickly to questions and needs. Well equipped. Nice location. Plenty of room and seating for large family. Plenty of firewood available. It says it in the details on vrbo but just be sure you know there is no elevator! Clearer directions on which stairs to take to get there would be helpful. We found a good route but it took a couple of tries. Wall decor could use updating. The big negative is the bedroom with the door leading to the outside needs to be completely covered around the edge of the blind or a different cover all together. Way too much light comes in at night from the outside light and you can see out from the inside around the edge of blind which makes you feel like you can be seen from the outside while in the room which is a bit uncomfortable.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having the 3 bathrooms was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Please keep in mind that there are a few flights of stairs leading to the property and no elevator so older family members might have some difficulty. We enjoyed our stay.

Late ski getaway

Location is excellent! We took the free public bus from the airport to downtown and had a 3 min walk to the property. The condo is spacious and well equipped. Communication with management was great and thanks for accommodating our early arrival. Had a slight issue finding our actual condo as the main office was closed for the season, but we found someone to point us in the right direction. Thank you! Liisa

Wonderful stay at the peak of the Aspen color

Fine stay

Condo was nice. There was a leak under the sink upon arrival but we contacted owner who responded immediately and had it fixed. Otherwise, no problems. Nice place. Very centrally located. A few steps from Gondola. Place is big enough to accommodate six comfortably as the "den" has a pull out couch and closing accordion doors. The "den" is separate from the TV room.
