This light, bright, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is meticulously maintained and offers a quiet, rustic mountain ambiance and rare ski-in access from Aspen Mountain. Durant Condominiums are conveniently located two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. The condo is located on the east side of the Durant Condominiums and features floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous Aspen Mountain views, a breakfast bar, a formal dining area, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The upgraded kitchen features stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances. *This unit has a wood fireplace however it is out of order for the winter season.*

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via stairs.

Kids racing camp was cancelled due to no snow (this was supposed to take place in the offseason before the mountain opened to the public) and property manager refused to offer any relief on cancellation policy. I offered to push the reservation out a year until next year (still during non-peak period) and was told no. The owner’s policy seemed unreasonable. I would advise renting here if you have any chance of schedule changes.

Title

The TV in LR was broken. Maintenance was very helpful but the TV should have been checked before we arrived esp since there had been known issues behind the wall due to a fire in the fireplace. I asked for partial credit (they couldn’t fix until Sat) and was told the property manager would call me and they never did.
