Located near downtown Aspen, this second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features beautiful, contemporary décor. Durant Condos are just two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown shops and restaurants. The floor-to-ceiling windows open as sliding glass doors, making this condo a favorite among summer visitors. The upgraded kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and bar seating for three. There is also a dining table that seats and a washer and dryer inside the unit. *This unit has a wood fireplace in the living room however it is out of order for the winter season*.
Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this second-floor condo via stairs.
