Staff is not cooperative, they are just looking for opportunities to make extra money . I booked for four people room and my fifth child is just 5 years old and they charged me higer additional amount without any reciept.

De kamers is zeer gedateerd en komt niet overheen met de fotos. Airco maakt een zeer luide geluid waardoor slapen niet kan. Overal lag stof en viezigheid. Normaal naar de wc gaan lukt niet eens, want de wc zit in de badkamer gepropt. Ontbijt was matig maar oke.

2 gecelik konaklamaya geldik, uzun süre Atakumda yaşamıştım o yüzden konumu ulaşım ve sahil yerleri için yakın arıyordum ve karşıma Niva çıktı. Çalışanları ilgili ve ne yaptıklarını bilen insanlar. Otelin göze çarpan problemi altyapısı.Anlaşmalı restaurantı idare eder düzeyde çeşit az, orijinal coke vb satmaması da negatif yönde etki etti. Asansörlerinin mekanizması içinde kaldığını hissettirecek düzeyde yavaş ve bir tanesi arızalıydı. Merdivenlerde toplama kutuları geçişi zaman zaman engelliyor. Onun dışında temizlik, oda hazırlığı, klima, duş/lavabo rahatlığı, yalıtım, kahvaltı gayet memnun edecek düzeyde. Anlattığım birkaç sorun harici büyümeye açık bir otel.

Otelin fotoğrafları biraz yanıltıcı. Kahvaltı çeşidi fotoğraflardaki kadar fazla değil. Family odada konakladık; Ayrı kısımlı olmasına rağmen tek klima ve tek TV vardı. Yaz gününde klimanın tek olması şartları çok zorlaştırdı. Hatta bu hususta bilgimiz olsa muhtemelen tercih etmezdik. Otel yenilenmiş duruyor ama bazı yerlerde eksiklikler var; Özellikle balkonlara mutlaka korkuluk yapılmalı. Genel olarak geçer not alır ancak fiyat uygun olursa tercih edilebilir.
