The room has a spectacular night view that allows us to watch the magnificent fireworks from the balcony in a private and quiet manner. It’s wonderful, and we wish to visit again!

The rooms are big but sparsely decorated. Bed mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. They provide very limited amenities in the bathroom. Finally, considering that is marketed as a family resort, there are very limited and simple number of activities. On the positive side, staff are very professional and dedicated to improving customer experience. Additionally, breakfast is abundant and with great variety. Overall, this place is not worth the price. It would be rated at best a three stars in international markets.

Amazing water views with great amenities

The room was very spacious and had an amazing water views. We had a lovely relaxing stay at this hotel. It had great amenities with an indoor pool, spa bath and library with beach theme. Wifi connection was excellent as well. It would've been even better if the kitchen had water views. The staff was generally friendly and provided great service, however, we would have appreciated it if we were advised of the schedule of shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel as we had to catch taxi on arrival as we had just missed catching shuttle bus. Otherwise we would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Atami.

facilities are good to kids, my kids love the pool, hotel provides handcrafting to kids. Tree house trail is nice. Room is big and cozy, adult can relax at hot spring. My family loves this hotel.
