The property is very nice with big garden areas at front and fenced area with parking. Upstairs room has view of the ocean and is a few blocks back from the beachfront. The bed is medium softness for a nice nights sleep ( not soft but not firm) the curtains block out light and aircon works well. Big balcony to sit outside and see sunrise. Resident cat very friendly and likes pats. The stairs to get up to the room are a bit narrow so it's hard for big suitcases. If you have lots of luggage book a ground floor room. Room is modern, clean with big bathroom and shower. Good water pressure. On last day water wasnt very hot but possibly because many new people checked in to stay. Only thing is balcony is connected to the next door rooms and we had young people climbing over and into our balcony to get to their friends rooms on the other side. This has nothing to do with the property though, the property is great and a lovely place to stay. Would stay again! Recommend staying here, it's just outside the main towns road and close by car to everything you need. A very nice place. 4 out of 5 stars 👍

Good for one night stay. Hardly any restaurants nearby. Well maintained, but property is middle of nowhere. Due to the open area outside, other guests can sit in front of your room, and the noise made outside could be easily heard inside. if you want closer to the beach and not worry about food, then this place is ideal.

Relaxing stay

I was stranded in Athens for three days. Instead of staying in the city, I went to Artemida. The Kallisti Stay was the perfect quiet place for spending three days away from the noise, heat, and commotion. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants, but not in the middle of the touristy part. Quiet and clean, with a good view, small refrigerator, air conditioning, great porch and view. Interaction with staff on WhatsApp convenient and smooth.

Solo trip for two nights while traveling

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, newly built apartment in a peaceful setting. Checking in and out was very easy. I didn’t have a car but it was only 10-15 min walk to greater selection of beach bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to beach. I only spent two nights here but I was very comfortable and would stay again.

This was a wonderful property - recently renovated, clean, spacious and well-appointed. The only thing that disappointed the kids was the absence of a pool! But this is not a criticism. It was really a wonderful place to stay.

This is truly a unique and wonderful place to stay in Athens. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and located just minutes away from beautiful beaches and the airport — a perfect combination for both relaxation and convenience. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Nikoletta, the property manager, is an outstanding host. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This will always my first choice whenever I visit Athens. Easy check in process due to clear comunnication from the host. Very clean and cute room. Nice view of the water from our balcony. Stayed here because we needed to be close to the aiport, was very convenient. Also was able to walk down to the main road to get something to eat and sit by the beach.

Excellent, timely communication to and from property manager. Very responsive and accommodating. Modern and very clean property, although a microwave would be a much needed addition to the unit, which we did not have. The main road close to the property leading into the downtown area has no sidewalk, and there are cars and mopeds wheezing by at high speeds. We did not feel safe walking to where many of the restaurants and sightseeing opportunities were as a result. Overall, the property itself, as well as the staff were great, but the neighborhood and to walk safely to areas of interest was not great.

I was just looking for a place to stay. Can you conveniently located to the airport after we flew in late. This would not be a good choice for that. It was a little difficult to find and not really convenient to anything.

One night car drop off to Airport

Its a nice place , very close to airport, well furnished and although there is no receptionist the chat online is good. The bed is good too. There are a few reasons we did not score 10 /10. 1) the toilet seat was broken and it was slipping off the toilet when one sat on it. An old person may for sure hurt themselves. Surely the cleaning team would of noticed that.2) when we arrived we didnt have the beam key to open the parking area, becuase it wasnt in the place it was promised to be at after a very long drive that was important. We had to.wait to get new instructions for another key . 3) it was more noisey than we thought, from the reviews we read. 4) there is a very nice seating area on a big patio, here you can eat your breakfast made in the tiny kitchen , if its cold though you may not want to sit outdoors to do this , it was coldish when we were there and inside there is nowhere to sit unless on the bed ? Small folding chairs and tiny table would be nice.

C'est vraiment facile de mettre 5/5 à tous les onglets. l'endroit est vraiment impeccable, de bon goût, et la dame en charge de nos demandes est très gentille et efficace. Elle nous OFFRE de prendre en charge l'organisation des transports pour l'aéroport entre autres. De petites douceur sont mises dans un panier pour nous, les cafés et thés sont aussi disponibles. Tout est là pour pouvoir cuisiner si on le souhaite. Et tout est en très bon état. C'est un grand WOW pour moi. Merci beaucoup
