We had a wonderful stay at Nur Edge Apart Hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well-maintained, and the comfort level exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s new, modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better — within walking distance of all the famous sights, and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel representative was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions. One small tip for future guests: when booking, you may want to ask which side your room faces. We like to have peace and quiet after 10 p.m., but our room faced a livelier street, so with my light sleep, I could only drift off once things quieted down after midnight. Of course, this is just our personal experience — for others, it might not be an issue at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money and a great choice for anyone visiting the city!

Good neighbourhood. Really covenient location- almost equidistant to Acropolis, Sygmata and Monastraki. The Acropolis view was really good. Came as a family and we'd stay here again.

This aparthotel is located in a very central spot in Athens that is close to Plaka (the oldtown) and in Ermou St which is a fun area itself. I found the room to be comfortable and would reommend you give this place a try!

Cute modern place to stay in Athens

Modern Aparthotel in the heart of Ermou street. Pros: •Great location in the heart of Ermou street (one of the most popular shopping streets in Athens I was told by a taxi driver) walking distance to the Parthenon, museums, the Athens National garden, the Olympic stadium, Plaka neighborhood/shopping •easy check in with a key code, don’t have to worry about a room card •quiet, clean, modern •great for a couples trip •nespresso machine in room •room looked just like the pictures online •balcony with jacuzzi was nice, but didn’t think about the fact that it was going to be so hot so didn’t enjoy it much Cons •not a typical hotel so no amenities such as vending machine, ice, breakfast. Just a nice place to sleep/relax while visiting Athens •fridge didn’t get very cold so we couldn’t store food, no microwave. •balcony view was a bit disappointing, we could hear the busy street below but couldn’t see it. Would have loved to people watch and drink coffee. •noisy, this didn’t bother us but the street stays pretty busy until at least midnight and you could hear a lot from the room. I sleep with white noise so this wasn’t a problem. Overall we really liked this hotel and location. We enjoyed the modern room and relaxing in the room in between our adventures. We stayed at another hotel in a different part of Athens and we’re severely disappointed. Definitely recommend staying in this area if visiting Athens.

Our stay was perfect. Location was quiet, away from all the traffic noise, and it was a convenient walk to everywhere, especially the Acropolis. Room was clean and new. Only thing that we had to get used to was the see-through shower walls -- no privacy whatsoever Hotel staff was quick to respons to messages and they areanged all of our transportation. Messages. We would come back.

Our stay was excellent! The room was recently renovated and very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is fantastic—right on the shopping strip and within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city center. One thing to note: cars can’t drive directly up to the hotel entrance, so you’ll need to walk about 2 minutes from the nearest street where cars can pick you up or drop you off. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Even during a taxi strike

THE ONLY one single drawback to our stay was that it is located in a situation that no cars can approach it. You must carry/tote/sherpa your bags all of one cobblestone block from where your ride will drop you off. There it is, the one thing. The Nur Edge is located in the middle of an area filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Don’t get me started on the great street musicians (if you like they type of thing). The hotel is also a short walking distance to the foot of the Acropolis. Don’t miss it and don’t go late. On a personal level, I had a fantastic experience in communicating with the hotel, even a week bed we arrived asking for any needs we might have. They were happy to help with our transfer requirements from the ship and to the airport, including arranging a ride for one couple who had to leave early……and in the middle of a city wide taxi strike!!! Our stay at Nur Edge was everything we’d hoped it would be and would gladly stay again

We visited Nur Edge in early May 2025, stayed for 4 nights. The view from the room is excellent. Location is great as it’s just 10 minutes walk to Ancient Agora and 15 mins to Acropolis. The property is right on one of the busiest streets and cars are blocked during the business hours. This means, if you are taking Uber to get here, it won’t be exactly right in front of the hotel. Expect walking for a min or two with your luggage. When you depart, just have the Uber wait for you at the Holy Cross church in the south. Note that Uber is just a taxi, and costs about 43-46euro. Uber is much more reliable than normal taxis because they are blinded by Uber rules and your review. As for the hotel. Great staff, super friendly and very accommodating. There are definitely issues with this hotel and here are the list of things we countered during our stay: 1. AC was out of order for one night - I couldn't sleep until 1am due to the heat (I set my AC to 81F/27C at home just FYI). No refund or compensation offered. 2. One of the lights couldn't be turned off - A staff came immediately and help us shut off the whole light system from the power grid. 3. Terrible bathroom design - Stays wet all the time. Still, due to their friendly staff, I decide to give it a 4-star rating. They really need to rewire this property, so just check other reviews with "most recent" and make sure this is not reoccurring. If it is, stay away during May - Sep.
