No towels provided
I had to dry myself using the terry cloth rug
Not ideal after a day of travel consisting of 2 flights and then especially right before a long flight back to NY
I wouldnât recommend this place to my worst enemy. I arrived with lots of luggage from an international flight and I could not get in to the property because itâs closed until check in time at 2pm. You are literally on the side of the road until someone coming out lets you in. No one is there to help you or lend a toilet if you need it.
This place is close enough to airport and very clean. Would be nice to have a bottle of water on arrival as itâs difficult to access food because the place is remote and sits in what feels like a pretty industrial area. I arrived after midnight. The elevator was not working. Had a very heavy case to carry upstairs which was hard given the number of stairs and the heat.
- Room was clean and large
- Communication from company was good and easy to check in. They send you a link to an online portal where you can access all the information of the building, check in, pictures, and access codes. You can also book a taxi transfer through the online portal to/from the airport or ports which I highly recommend doing!
- There is a small elevator but big enough to fit a person and two suitcases to get your stuff upstairs
- View of the sunset from the balcony was great (balcony was huge)
- Location was good for being so close to the airport. We walked 15 minutes to a local restaurant, but there were a couple of grocery stores nearby and other restaurants as well. Some were closed at the time because it was after 9pm when we arrived.
The property host did not response to multiple calls, emails from myself and Expedia customer service for over 2 hours. The check in time was 2, they contacted me after that when I had booked another hotel concerned I wouldnât have logging for the night. I am being charged even though so never set foot on the property due to the hosts lack of communication. Horrible customer service.
