Superzentral - sehr guter AUSGANGSPUNKT für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung

Die Anmeldung war schwierig, da wir keine Unit Nummer vorab per email bekommen haben und der Concierge ohne diese nix machen konnte. Nachdem dies über FEWO schnell gelöst werden konnte, nachdem die Vermieterin nicht zu erreichen war, klappte alles reibungslos und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Hosts were very accommodating. Location is perfect. Blankets were not readily available for fold out bed or sleeper couch. Host did send sheets which was appreciated but no blanket. This could have very well been a miscommunication. Response time was very good.

Great location. 10 min walk to World of Coca Cola and GA Aquarium. Great bakery that serves breakfast and lunch across the street. Multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Good for short term and on budget

Check in process was easy and communication was great. One of the bed’s were broken when we got there and some of the floor paneling was broken. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. Area is close to major attractions, but need to be aware at night.

Conveniently Located and Reasonably Priced

This is my second time staying here. I sought it out for my second booking because the first stay was so great. It is walking distance to so many things in the heart of downtown. You get your own screened in porch and the unit is everything you’d need and more. There is a 24hr person at the desk for added security and to make check in easy. Parking is not included (standard for most places downtown so no big deal). We literally parked on the lot right next to the building with zero problems which was reasonably priced as well. I will continue to book this unit of staying in the area because of my last couple of experiences!

Awesome Pad

Loved the crow from this place. Also I found over night parking right down the street. I was able to enjoy a couple restaurants in walking distance and the apartment had everything I needed to cook. I give this place 5 stars and I will be back again.

Amazing place!

This property is located in Peachtree Towers which is at the heart of downtown. It’s walking distance to the aquarium, the Coke museum, several bars/restaurants, Central Park/the civic center, and the transport station for anything that isn’t walkable. There is a 24 hr concierge that will aid in the check-in process (although you still must come prepared with your information). The unit itself is clean and well-maintained. The screened balcony was perfect and the unit was cozy and had everything we needed including a dishwasher, plenty of towels, pillows, internet, etc. We didn’t have control over the thermostat, but we were very comfortable even through the weather changing from the 50’s to 80’s. The parking situation was very convenient despite it not being provided by the booking itself. There is literally a pretty affordable public lot next to the building and a few garages close by as well. We just put the car in the closest non-reserved spot by the building and didn’t move until we checked out! Keep in mind you are staying in downtown Atlanta so that comes with the risks of staying downtown in any major city. But the safety of the fob entrance and concierge made us feel entirely comfortable/secure. So if you’re looking for a great property with a nice balcony overlooking downtown that is in a convenient spot and has more character and space than a hotel, this is the place for you!

There were a lot of homeless people at the building considering it is in the heart of downtown. There was only one TV in the whole condo (front room). You cannot control the air in the condo for whatever reason. For the one TV, it had a ROKU and Xfinity box but no HDMI cable and the host told me cleaning staff is gone for the day at 5 PM or so but I couldn’t check in until 4 PM. Building can be noisy throughout the night and to top it off, DoorDash let off half my order and it can only be delivered to the check in desk area. Oh, room are too dark because you have just the walls and no light from TV. If you like total darkness this may not be a problem.

Comfortable condo, exactly as advertised

The condo was clean and comfortable, just as described. Having a living room and a balcony is always better than staying in a hotel. It's a good location, lots of restaurants nearby, we walked everywhere. Public parking very close by. Slight glitch at check-in was handled quickly with good communication. The neighborhood at night feels a little sketchy, especially the liquor store on the corner, but nobody bothered us. The building itself is very safe and secure. Recommend for a short visit to Atlanta.

This property at the price point is great! Would definitely stay here again, my only issue was I wish they told us that we would have to pay $25 a night for parking before I booked the property. Also it would be nice to have a roll of paper towel just to clean up minor messes in the kitchen, and one of the buners on stove didn't work, besides that minor stuff this place was awesome!

Great location, Nicely outfitted

Overall the property was great - we were at a conference at the Marquis right down the road - a 3-minute walk, and was much nicer than staying in a hotel room. Small drawbacks were the wireless was needing to get reset at least a few times a day and the kitchen was outfitted with basics. Lovely little balcony and the beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Great stay- location wise you are in the middle of everything downtown. We walked to the Mercedes’ Benz stadium for our event no problem. Wish there were a few additional nicer blankets as we stayed in the winter. Thank you for the accommodation!

Great Price & Location!

This place was perfect for our short trip to Atlanta. We were able to park in the lot right behind the building, as was mentioned and we knew we would have to pay to park based on other reviews and the description from the host. Check-in was easy and the concierge was very polite and helpful with our questions. We loved being within walking distance to so many of the sites of downtown. The host was very easy to communicate with and answer any questions I had. I usually heard a response within 1-2 hours. The unit was decorated very nice and was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again for another short visit to Atlanta.
