Had to change rooms due to toilet not working. The second room had no hot water. When I went to front desk, not a word was said.

Overcharged

It was good I had a nice stay it was clean I had an okay friendly service, their was a bit of confusion or mistake I got the wrong keycard twice for the wrong room but which I was ok cause mistake happens but for some reason when I was leaving I look at my bank statement apparently they charge me $50 twice I thought maybe it parking but it not it 30$ I even check my receipt to see how much they only charge me 30$ for overnight parking which I’m confused I’m thinking they overcharged me idk I was gonna contact them to figure what happened but I just let it go 100$ down the drain. Just keep a look out on how much they charging you.

Hot water didn’t work, had to change to change rooms, it was a hassle on top of a cold shower, when they moved us they should have upgraded us as the view of the air conditioning and parking garages was terrible (although we only booked a std. view bit that said it was terrible), staff was nice but didn’t make up for it. No real food options onsite, very basic. Queen beds were more like doubles. Quality of bedding and lines is low. Wouldn’t recommend.
