as soon as i entered the room it was overly scented. so i opened the window and door to ventilate. there was no screen on the window. we went out and came back and noticed weird smell. the room had a plug in scented and it causes allergy so i unpluged. we started smell urine around curtain and AC. we had to open the window the entire time and not using AC much. i asked for a change but they said there is no room available. but one staff was very friendly and recommended great restaurants and places. the pool is not available until may. it should say on the website clearly. quiet and clean neighborhood. very easy access to highway. elevator is broken. water does not get hot until later.

Overall, we had a very good experience and liked everything except for one issue—the carpet should be cleaned with shampoo or a similar method at least once a month, as it was quite dirty.
