My boys and I arrive Sunday evening for a week long stay. Upon arriving home Monday afternoon, and washing some dishes, the kitchen started to flood. I opened the cabinet doors under the sink to find a bucket full of molded water that apparently the sink was draining into. After being unable to contact the host I was advised from Verbo to remove my kids from the situation due to the mold hazard. I was assured I would receive a full refund, however to date that has yet to happen?!? The property manager refuses to take any responsibility for the situation and will not respond to any communication. This is by for the worst Verbo rental experience Iâve ever encountered, And due to the high demand during this week, it was next to impossible to find somewhere else to go with my kids. All I want is for the host and property management team to do what is right in the situation!!! Also, I hope that no other family has to experience what we did and remove their family late at night and drive an hour north to the closest place available.
