Excellent Stay

Overall it was a great stay - The staff were great and attentive and made some great suggestions for local places to eat. The hotel was in an ideal location for the tradeshow I was visiting. The rooftop bar and pool was great, as was the gym.

This property is beautiful, rooms are large and the location is convenient. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This was my second stay and I would definitely return for a 3rd. Heated roof top poll and bar area is nice. The one thing I wish they had is a full length mirror in the studio room. I think it is a big miss. Otherwise, a lovely and amazing hotel.

Great weekend stay ever!! Honestly, when I am on vacation, I focus on the little things. Specifically, when other guess spoke highly regarding their experience when checking out and how super nice everyone was. I definitely agree that ALL staff members were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I mostly appreciate our daily text messages that kept us updated on events and unexpected circumstances. My pleasure, text responses from the staff were over the top. Love the poolside hotel entertainment. The location was EVERYTHING. Margaritaville restaurant staff were simply amazing. My overall stay with family was fun, pleasant, and relaxing. I have NO complaints. Most importantly, every interaction was on a professional level. Awesome Job!!!!

Be aware they will try to get to to listen to a timeshare presentation. I’m not mad about that, but I shouldn’t have to refuse three times before you let me go to my room. Enough the lead us to avoid the lobby for the rest of the trip, and I’ll look elsewhere before staying at another location
