The interior was very neat and clean with a few areas needing/under repair. The breakfast was pretty good with the exception that those of us whom stick to "clean food" diets were not considered. The coffee was decent, but free. Overall, I had a very nice and relaxing visit.
I made a reservation in advance and checked in late, but the cleaning was very poor.
There was long hair all over the bathroom and bed, and the bed was the worst I've ever been on.
Every time I lay down, the springs made a noise, and when two people lay down, the springs were pressed, pushing them toward the middle. It was a very uncomfortable place to sleep
This was the wors.hotel i have ever been to in my life and tge servuce was horrible on saturdsy i had ti awake to a roach crawling by the door of my room i was not sure so i did nit complain on sunday at 230am i went to the bathroom to see them crawling in ny mirror my blood pressure went up to 180/107 just the thought of seeing this made me sick i went down to report it i was given another room but it was dirty and someone had been there i was offered another room but tge frint desk man w I ukd not go and check the room with me as at this point i feel vert unsafe the rooms smell of mode and the carpet and tables were very dirty at thus time i am requesting a full refund plus my deposit this was simply inhumane vert deoressing .
Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Good location, just a few minutes from bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is average, but the room was clean and staff was friendly.
If I enjoyed the smell of weed and children running up and down the hallway, it would have been the perfect stay. But unfortunately I don't like either so it made my stay unpleasant. And I will not be recommending anyone stay here
First, hotels.com had this property listed as 1 mile away from GWCC when searching for hotels in the area. Completely inaccurate! Itâs around 14 min to drive.
Good thing about his place is it was low cost in comparison to others. They also do not charge parking fees! The beds were actually comfortable and appeared clean.
Itâs old and in need of serious updates. We kept calling it the âlandlord specialâ because every issue looks to just have layers and layers of paint over the top. The carpets were disgusting and sticky. The surfaces were dirty (syrup or something all over the desk. Ice bucket lid was covered in who knows what. Had to rinse the hairs out of the tub prior to showering. We went to 4 floors to find a working ice machine. Only one elevator worked and it was the slowest elevator Iâve ever experienced. Check- in was fine, just no real kindness or welcoming personality.
We eat at a lot of complimentary breakfast hotels due to so much travel with sports- this was by far the worst. Everything was just runny and steamed. So unappealing.
You get what you pay for.
The hotel was ok. The hotel & room had a smokey older smell. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a very small bug-roach that ran out from under the coffee tray when we were making coffee. The area was right across the street from the old ATL braves stadium now GA state university stadium. The area felt a little unsafe but nothing ever happened. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed like it hadnât been updated since covid. Covid info and signs still up. The price was very reasonable since it was close to downtown. Easy to get an Uber etc⊠overall probably a 3.5.
The property had a strange smell to it. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. The first room we were given, the ac wasnât attached. The room was very cold and felt as we were outside. They happily reassigned our room. The second one was better.
The rooms are dated, rugs from the 90s, holes in curtains. The curtains didnât close fully so we needed to clip them. Overall the stay was okay, would not stay longer than the one night we needed.
