It's time for an update. The hotel hasn't kept up with simple upgrades like painting and cleaning carpet. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable and clean but the room had an old, not fresh smell.

The room (3318) and hallways smelled like urine and onions The room was still dirty with dirty makeup covered sheets on the bed The Ac blew hot in the room Loud noises from the outside & neighbors slamming doors Telephone didnt work Didnt wanna complain because the other reviews mentioned that the property wouldnt give the deposit back anytime they complained.

There were multiple "stray" hairs in the room, on one of the hand towels and on the bed sheets. The breakfast options were very limited. Both of these issues were very disappointing.

The room was reserved for my daughter & when they got there late they needed $150 damage deposit so they weren't able to stay & made the 4 hour drive home middle of the night on new years eve. We would have planned accordingly if it would have been made aware of this. They wouldn't accept cash

The staff are rude. I booked this this christmas trip with my 3 children under the age of 5. The ice machine next to my room was leaking water into my room soaking the carpet and leaving the room with a strong mildew odor. The person at the desk refused to move my room or cancel my reservation and provide me with a refund. Forcing me to leave the hotel the next morning. The manager did refund part of my stay but my overall experience with them was poor.

The rooms weren't clean, there were multiple fights and loud voices in the hallway, it didn't feel safe to stay there at all, the breakfast only had one waffle machine that takes 3 minutes to make one, pan of scrambled eggs and cereals and that's it, coffee tested like sand or dust. Worst stay, waste of money

This hotel was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the carpets smelled very bad. The hallways and elevator were also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and the environment was uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here.
