Keep looking, avoid this place.

first impressions are important. Walked into lobby, fans all over, carpets nasty. Hung out in lobby until checkin time. Then key didnt work, Elevator didnt work. 3rd floor carpet nasty, hallway all pot odor. Fear for my life. Came back after my event, key didnt work again, 40min wait in line. Hot, moldy n pot odor at the front desk!

Their website advertise shuttle transportation and the day before arrival they said they don't. I talk to a representative who said they would refund the cost of taking an uber. So I took one and now I'm having to jump through hoops to get that money back even though I have a case number stating I will get a refund because of their false advertisement.
