Manager on duty at check-in was great!! Everything was to my liking. The only issue is to have them spray the rooms with the same spray that's throughout the lobby and hallways. Hate when hotels do this. You'll walk in the room and smell dogs 😩😭 No, seriously, try doing that. Also, offer water along side your ice machines. Bring that back!! I needed water to make coffee, but to no avail

Check in was great. Hotel rooms were in good shape. The outside of the hotel needed a makeover, as it did not meet Hilton standards on appearance. The front lobby had a slight odor that made hotel seem unclean. The AC on the floors was running too high and it was freezing walking down the hallways to the room.

Clean, nice and efficient staff, and quick check-in/out. The water pressure/temperature and room temp were good.The only thing I didnt like is that my room was close to the expressway and there was a lot of road nice coming into my room. I had to use earplugs. Next time I'll ask for a room far from the expressway. Ans thank you for my cookie.

Overall it was an okay stay. The staff was great and friendly. This is a much older hotel and it’s visible. I booked a non-smoking room and I could immediately smell cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke but grew up around smokers that is a smell that is hard to get out especially in carpeted rooms. Non-smokers can always tell spot the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom door I had to push to close, closet door was sticking when I tried to open. Minor things you get from an older hotel. My main inconvenience was the entrances into the property (1front and 2 in back). The back two were locked at night which was the BIGGEST headache on night one. LOVED the staff but the property needs updating and the back 2 gates into the parking lot needs to be unlocked.

So I have very mixed feelings. The Check in host was lovely however I booked a king size bed and instead was told that there were none left and given a double bed. They said I could check the next day but honestly I didn't want to be further inconvenienced. The breakfast is $16 a day, all you can eat (eggs made to order) and the servers were fantastic but the cleaning service was not very good. I had to ask the concierge to have them come back and actually clean the bathroom because they just came in and only made the beds. In addition to that there was a weird smell that was about the entire hotel that smelled similar to sewage. We got there and the Pool was closed so there was no way to use it. None of the rooms actually have a balcony as they were all princess balconies with no doors to access them. The mini fridge was atrocious, I bought several drinks and left them in there for my entire stay (5 days) only the water got cold. The soda and juice I bought were cool but not cold. To top it off the Keurig in my room didn't work. It dispensed cold water. The location is bad if you want access to the city but the area does have access to various supermarkets and mall areas. Parking was also tenuous. If you parked in the day time there were tons of convenient spots, if you came back late night, you had to park in the back and walk all the way around the hotel to get to the lobby since there is only one entrance. Overall, I would not stay here again.
