Great stay! Check-in was super fast and clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The only thing that needs work is maybe the exterior. The outside of the building looks dated. But no complaints. Would stay again and will recommend.

Malcolm was beyond great! Very helpful and pleasant. I booked a room from 5/20 checking out 5/22. I called the evening of 5/20 and spoke to Thomas. I told him I would be checking in about 7-8 am on 5/21. He told me that would not be a problem. I booked a day early to ensure I could check in early on 5/21, since I was told this was the only way to do an early check in. When I arrived I was told I was a no show and had to be charged an additional $50.00 for early check in, even though I had already been charged for the night before. When I went to the room, it was still dirty and possibly had someone in the shower. Malcolm gave me a different room, which was ok. The carpets and chair were very dirty with a lot of stains on them. The bathroom was on the dirty side and the shower floor was peeling. This stay served it purpose but I am a little disappointed with the Hilton name on this stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I also really enjoyed the bar—great food and drink options made it a nice spot to relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.
