Would probably stay here again

This hotel is not bad, especially for the price. It was valentine's day weekend with a convention and competition that weekend. So super busy but the price of the room was not bad. There is a $75 deposit, not $50 like stated. It is about 25-30 minutes to downtown, depending on traffic. It was very close to the mall and lots of restaurants to choose from. Check in was fast and the front desk lady was not really rude like some other reviews mentioned. She just seemed tired and had a monotone voice. They did offer us cookies at check in and had valentine themed napkins. The room and hotel itself was decent. It is definitely worn out in some areas and could use a refresh soon. The maintenence guy was super nice and friendly as we met him in the elevator as he said it was a busy night. The breakfast was adverage. It had a good selection of options but nothing over the top. Water pressure and tempt was good and water was very hot. There was a storm the second night and the entire area lost power for awhile. It was up and running in a few minutes though. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows are very overused and need to be replaced soon. Overall not bad for the location and price. I am still waiting on my deposit refund though, so we will see how long that takes.

At check in Bridgette was extremely rude. Did not want to help anyway and made us all wait for no reason. It’s all on her time. The furniture in our room looked like Ratatouille came for a snack and the room had an odd smell. Would not recommend this facility again.

Had to change rooms after the toilet over flowed. The new room was partially clean and the fridge temperature control was stuck in coldest and all my drinks froze. The staff was nice . The fitness room was also nice. The fruit on the breakfast line was very old. Will not stay there again

Close to St Jospeh hospital

We needed a place close to St Joseph's hospital and this fit well. We were only about 5 minutes from there. Its an older hotel but the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The night receptionist who checked me in was extremely drab. I asked for help with something three times before she responded. I was within 15 feet pf her so she had to hear me. She seemed to be in a bad move. Concierge positions cannot afford to have bad days. Find another jobs b.
