The hotel was at full capacity but only had one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Also the tv in the roo. Was malfunctioning only showing a blue screen, with no way to fix it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the location, the easy access to mayor streets, the parking lot and the cleanliness are a plus. But the rooms and the hotel itself needs a renovation is a little bit outdated.

The hotel furniture was broken my room The shower head holder was broken When i ask for wash cloths the cleaning staff refuse to give me clean towels and the front desk did not have none My room was not clean every day every 3 days the room get cleaned by housekeeping. My room smell like mold The carpet was dirty and needed to be shampoo

This hotel is a bit rundown in my opinion and doesn’t deserve the review ratings given. Feels like it beds a thorough makeover. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, with very limited seating. Bathrooms were clean and functional. All in all, very average st best!

The workers at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Beds, bathroom and everything was great. Only issue was breakfast on the weekend. There were so many guests that it was hard to catch anything more than crumbs.
