From the moment I arrived, the genuine care shown by Stedman and Londarius set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Their sincerity and commitment to making guests feel welcomed reflected a level of customer service that is increasingly rare—and deeply appreciated. Breakfast each morning was a bright spot, thanks to the gracious and attentive team who kept the space immaculate and the food fresh and plentiful. The breakfast/lounge area could use a touch of TLC, especially the chairs, but the warmth of the staff more than made up for it. I had a great time visiting Atlanta but what I did not appreciate is having to pay an $400 deposit when I checked in. I had already paid for my entire trip but when I got to the hotel I was hit with this outrageous deposit. The parking is completely ridiculous as well. There is no way I should have been charged $175 for parking when I was staying for a nice length of time, There most definitely should be a discount for customers staying for 5 days or more. Also the parking garage isn't big enough for parking so having to park next door is a slight inconvenience especially when you are being charged as much as I was charged.

We stayed here because we had to get out of the VRBO we booked which was subpar. This Hampton Inn (and the GA Aquarium which is decently close!) was the saving grace that turned our trip to Atlanta around... seriously, my wife said "if it weren't for the aquarium and the hotel, I'd never let my kids go to GA Tech even if he got in! LOL. The only downside was that it took us a couple nights to figure out that the thermostat on the wall didn't control our particular A/C unit... it was the control unit on the actual wall unit. Once we figured that out, the room was perfect!

Nice spacious room and large bathroom. The staff were ALL OUTSTANDING from the Housekeeping Staff to the Desk Clerks. The property was clean and well attended to. Two observations though: the carpet in the guest rooms need to be steam cleaned on a regular basis and the desk chairs definitely need to be updated and replaced. Cleaning will no longer help them.
