This stay was problematic from the get-go. I have mobility issues, so having to lug my own bags was not fun. Front desk staff, for most part, was lackluster. Our TV had a blue cast the entire time + when i talked to the front desk staff, i got shoulder shrugs. Was like listening to the radio with dark figures visible behind blue clouds. Repeated efforts to contact the manager, named Chase, failed. I'll be calling. Beds too high. Coffeemaker sucked. The paper cups were horrible. I could go on. Overrated. I overpaid. Would NEVER stay there again!!!

Staff & service was great, property was clean, great amenities and lots of different dinning options around the property (all walking distance). Also close to public transportation, so we didn't have to rely on Uber or rent a car which was nice.
