I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn ATL for 4 nights while attending a nearby conference. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning—especially with the flavored creamers. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the conference hotel. However, one major downside was the shower—3 out of the 4 nights, the water was cold, which was really disappointing. Despite that, I’d consider returning for the great service and location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool being closed for renovations and that was the main reason of choosing the hotel.

Such a bad experience!!! The front desk lady was very nice but that was the extent of that. When we checked into our room, it was about midnight as we just got landed and we planned on leaving the next morning slightly before checkout (so less than 12 hrs). She had security go and check to make sure our room was cleared and clean as I picked a room from the Hilton app. In the meantime, the lady let us know that the pool and the gym were not going to be open due to construction and we could use the hotels down the street. We were staying on the 11th floor and said that the seventh floor was going to be under demolition, which we heard extremely clear the next morning during early hours. Upon arriving to our room, we immediately see half drank water bottles on the counter. The garbage in the bathroom and the room were full. There was leftover food in the fridge, and one of the beds was not made. An honestly horrendous experience (other than the front desk lady she was nice)

I would have given the property 5 stars because the staff members were excellent- very nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was great. Close to everything. However the property is being renovated and half the time the elevators were not working. The water was out one day and the pool was closed We were not warned ahead of time that the property was under construction.

Everyone at this property was amazing. They made you feel welcome when you got there and during your stay. The people who worked in house keeping and the garage for parking were also wonderful. The communication with the staff was wonderful. They were doing some construction downstairs in the lobby, along with the pool. But that didn’t bother us one bit, we are excited to go back and see how it looks in the future. Thank you to everyone here for being amazing to us!

Front office staff were wonderful. They were so helpful and laughed and joked with us which is always nice to see that the staff engages with you. I am not sure the names but they worked second shift.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which is totally understandable but upon checking in we were not told that the water would be off for 4 hours. No shower. No washing hands and no flushing toilets. When we went downstairs to ask they said they just found out but other guests said they were told the night before. You should tell people they can’t go to the bathroom for 4 hours when they check in. It’s common courtesy and then you should provide breakfast credits, allow guests a full refund if they want to leave but no they gave us 2 bottles of drinking water to wash with. Horrible customer service

The property was under construction and I didn’t know that before arriving. I had booked this hotel because of the indoor pool, and it was unavailable. Also, we booked two queen beds and I’m pretty sure we got two full beds instead. The staff we interacted with were nice.

Hotel was under renovation, no pool access, other guests were very noisy, rooms need more sound proofing. Entrance and exits changed constantly. Valet broke a picture in the back of my suv so had to leave it because of the glass everywhere.
