We booked a room with two queen-size beds, but when we arrived, the front desk staff told us the hotel had oversold that room type and it was no longer available. They switched us to a room with one king-size bed instead, which made it difficult for our family to sleep well.

The hotel is clean and fantastic. The hotel is pretty and modern. The kitchenette in the room has all you need. The bed is comfy. I have not stayed at a Home2Suites before, and I really liked it. I will definitely look for this hotel option when booking.

Our only complaint is a big one. All 3 of the EV chargers that we found did not work. The two Tesla chargers had no power at all to them and the Chargepoint charger had power but showed a power fault error light and would not charge the car.

From day one I didn’t have TV or Internet. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone at the desk. I went to the desk and no one was there. Another 15 minutes waiting, I was told that she was by herself and nothing could be done. I submitted an online request to the hotel. No response. I was there 4 days and the TV and internet never worked. I’ll never book with them again. The desk person was extremely rude, and ignored multiple requests to fix it or give me another room.
