Customer Service with Ms/Mrs. Clara was very nice and sweet. She made sure my family and I were good to go. Text to check and see if we needed anything. Was able to assist with our other party on the same floors. Check in process was a breeze! I would definitely recommend this location ! Until next time !

Picked this place for Football game. Rooms were very comfortable. Shower could us a deep cleaning in the corners. Also please get the fire pit fixed. Other than those two things Gr8 place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

❤️ Staying here after Hilton Honors had to communicate my room change request to the staff. The Sunday night, Monday afternoon, and Tuesday afternoon desk clerk refused to share or service my request while viewing available rooms on Monday and Tuesday afternoon of my 5 day stay. Nevertheless, Wednesday's Happy Hr and daily breakfast overshadowed the individual poor customer service to a Hilton Honors Member. Definitely will continue to stay here on my 4th returning visit, soon.
