The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and it had several gluten-free options. The coffee, apple juice, and orange juice were not good due to having the Atlanta water taste. The alcoholic drinks from the bar were decent and appropriately priced. The room was very clean. The room was noisy due to the other guests. Any time a door close by was closed, it would cause our door and bathroom door to rattle and shake very loudly. We could hear other guests' conversations through the walls. The water in the bathroom took a while to get hot and it would fluctuate in temperature. Unfortunately, 3 guests thought it was alright to smoke weed right outside the breakfast area which caused me and my husband to leave before finishing our breakfast due to being extremely allergic to the stench. The area outside the hotel was not safe. We were usually followed shortly after leaving the hotel when we walked to the surrounding museums, aquarium, and restaurants. There was a lot of homeless and visible drug usage (needles and weed) in the area. I would stay here again if I was traveling with a group of friends all staying in the same room, but I would not stay here as a solo female traveler due to the homeless and doors rattling in the middle of the night.
