Waited in the cold over 40 minutes for the shuttle from ATL, despite calling twice. Other families were left waiting as well. Many other comparable hotels had shuttles come by 2-3 times during that time. Finally, we just took an UBER. Hotel desk attendant offered us free water? When asked if they could comp the UBER, she said that she would talk to management, but I still have heard nothing.

All of the staff were amazing, especially the two ladies at the front desk. We had an issue with the toilet and they were going to change rooms for us but maintenance was able to get ours fixed. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were in a safe place.

TV remote died, hair dryer only worked on cool setting, no pen or paper available in room. No travel cups for morning coffe in lonny and when i asked for some I was told to wait while host chatted with colleague. Then she got them, held on to them while chatting with shuttle driver, watched me finally make a cup only to say "you can't bring coffee on the bus" That was the final of 3 unpleasant experiences with staff. Not my typical Hyatt experience. I'm generally a big fan.

This establishment is my preferred place of accommodation. The staff was excellent, with Shonette receiving particular commendation. The recognition as guest of the day was a noteworthy benefit. Throughout the stay, I felt distinguished and appreciated.

Nice room with comfortable beds and pillows. Upscale materials. Towel ring was pulled out of the wall at the sink. Somewhat odd layout with sink outside the bathroom.
