I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The front desk staff were truly great — friendly, helpful, and kind. Shanette’s fabulous popcorn was such a lovely and memorable touch, and Michelle was amazing as well. The breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would happily return! 🌟

Waited in the cold over 40 minutes for the shuttle from ATL, despite calling twice. Other families were left waiting as well. Many other comparable hotels had shuttles come by 2-3 times during that time. Finally, we just took an UBER. Hotel desk attendant offered us free water? When asked if they could comp the UBER, she said that she would talk to management, but I still have heard nothing.

All of the staff were amazing, especially the two ladies at the front desk. We had an issue with the toilet and they were going to change rooms for us but maintenance was able to get ours fixed. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were in a safe place.
