A great hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Place Atlanta. Very clean and quiet. Felt safe in the hotel. Staff was nice. They accommodated my allergies to pets. Overall a lovely experience.

The pictures they have on the site for the rooms are false advertisement! I reserved a king suite is 376sq ft, with a tub! In the pictures it shows the bedroom is separate from the living room! That wasn't what i was given. I was given a smaller room king basic 270sq ft.

Breakfast was limited but substantial enough. The rooms were great except for the blackout curtains. They did not either work or were nonexistent. We had a lot of light from the neighboring parking garage that made it difficult to sleep

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a poor effort with food items running out, plates and bowls running out and cold food that should have been hot. Upon checking in I was told that I had two choices for parking, each of which were $18 per night. However I learned later that there is a free public lot right across from the hotel location. I resent being charged for parking when there was a free option.
