Slow but Convenient

The hotel is convenient to Truist park. The service was slow, except for the parking valets. Rooms were neat and the staff, once they made themselves available, were kind. We will stay again for the convenience but if you like prompt service this hotel will be frustrating.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were great! The only frustrating part was that they have a lobby bar (on the third floor) which was closed the entire time. As well, there is a gift shop on the third floor that was closed the entire time. Although there was a note on each location to go to the restaurant, I don't understand why these amenities would not be open for service (particularly the gift shop).
