No hot water and your reviews overstated the value compared to price I paid. No hot water made me miss SEC FAN DAY EXPERIENCE and located in a sketchy area with no visible security. Property was clean and management was not helpful and checkout if your not happy, not very friendlly. Your reviews overstate the value of property

Check-in was not the best. My family and I checked in super early in the morning, but the room keys we were given were not working. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance to arrive with the master key to get us up to our room. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The view from our room was nice, we had a view of some tall downtown buildings that lot up in the night time. Overall, we had a great stay.

Hotel wasn’t adequately cleaned. The floor in my room, bathroom, and hallways was visibly dirty. I found hair on my “clean” towels and all over the shower. There were no cleaning wipes in the gym, handprints all over the mirror, water pooled on the floor.

The design of everything. Sitting areas for guests. Room was big and comfortable. Huge bathroom. 2 chairs in room. This is a new hotel and part of the renovation of the south downtown area. Wonderful staff.

While the front desk and restaurant staff were courteous, the room and guest room services were subpar. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to make several calls to get fresh towels everyday. With all the other selections, I will most likely not stay here again
