We booked 2 rooms. There were roaches in both rooms. Appliances didnât work such as fridge and coffee maker. The shower was dingy, I wore my shoes inside. The handles on all the drawers and cabinets were rusty, I was afraid to touch them. There wasnât a shuttle to six flags as advertised. Breakfast didnât include any protein. Signs were posted everywhere about what weâd be charged extra for, like taking breakfast out breakfast area or soiled rags. Bed coverings were dingy. Even after spraying with Lysol, my daughter didnât want to get under the covers. First night there was a strong odor, smelt like feces. They donât have a bathroom in the lobby so if youâre driving for hours, you may want to use it before you get there if you canât hold it long enough to check in and get to your room. Female receptionist was horrible. In the hospitality industry but lacked hospitality.
This place needs to have realistic pictures. This location caters to Truckers.Pulling up after midnight, I didn't feel safe but I was welcomed. The room and building were hot. The hot breakfast had no meat and oj didn't work, but my son enjoyed the pancakes. The place was semi clean, but dusty and had hard water stains. I don't plan to stay there again.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. The room was filthy when I checked inâstains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a musty smell that never went away. The air conditioning didnât work.
To top it off, the breakfast was stale bread and watery coffee.
For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, but this place failed on every level. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
Let me start with the good. First I will say the staff was wonderful. I will also say that if youâre a guy on a business trip flopping for one night the value is good. And the water pressure was great. Now the not so good. It seems to sit right at the edge off the safe side of town. They do have cameras all around so thats a bit of a plus. Id recommend arriving while it is still light out. Now the bad. It looks like it was last updated in 1989. I wouldnât say it was excessively dirty but certainly not the cleanest. But everything looks dirty because everything is old and wore out. The only thing that looked decent was the carpet in my room. The carpet in the hall was another story. Large patches of bleach stains all over the carpets. And they are so old and faded, you could barely make out the pattern on the carpet. Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. I would not take my kids or family there.
They were shooting a movie and parking was scarce. The lobby was crowded with movie stuff often.
The rooms were very musty. I had to move from the first room because of that. The second room was somewhat better, but tolerable.
The breakfast was only available on weekends.
The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The property was very convenient to access from the main road.
It was the worst experience Iâve had with a hotel. It was my weekend with my daughter so I booked us a room in the city so we could do some fun things together. We didnât even stay for a night. I was very uncomfortable and concerned about our safety. There were some doors that had holes drilled where the locks were supposed to be and some didnât. I was curious about that so I asked the guy at the desk and he couldnât really explain why. Then once we got in the room there was a connecting door to the next room that didnât lock. I also asked him about that and he said the only way someone from the other room could get into ours is if we had our door open also and that â never â happens. What?????? After that we just got our belongings and left the room
