The location and transport to and from the airport in Atlanta’s airport was smooth and easy. There was onsite food and a bar with very enthusiastic and welcoming workers. The food was okay - likely frozen reheated entrees from Costco or the like (the appetizers and chicken teriyaki & rice) - but for hungry folks it was fine. Tasted much like a lean cuisine dinner. The room was a king - minimalist style- crazy, tiny pillows - we got extras on request- and the bed quite uncomfortable (used to higher end mattress)… served the purpose- won’t likely stay again

Room was clean, was charged 49$ to check in 2 hours early. Breakfast was expensive, and not good whatsoever. Lunch there is no options in the building or within walking distance. Room smelled musty. Fortunately for me it was only one night, otherwise I would have checked out .

The desk clerk was outstanding! You want to be sure you keep him. The room needs some attention. Lights that don't work, dark shade that does not come all the way down, wall switches that don't seem to go to anything. Breakfast was expensive for what you get. Won't be staying at that property again.

I had lost one side of my airpods and knew it was on the bed but was already at the airport. I called to see if they could go get it and make sure it was safe and send it back home since we would be out of the country. She initially refused to take my email, as they said they needed me to just call back around 12-1pm when housekeeping was there. I told her I couldn’t call because I would be on a plane and she said she couldn’t go up to the room to look. She also said if I wouldn’t be able to re-enter the room if I came back and told me I have to email them a packaging slip for them to mail it back. I had to ask many times to just take my email and send me an email so that I knee where to send the packaging slip. She continued to tell me to call back but I told her I will not be in the country. She did end up taking my email but never did send me an email to know where to send. I have never been told I had to pay for losing something and have never experienced such poor customer service. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
