We loved the panoramic view, the bed was great, and the blackout blinds were very effective. Loved the double sinks!! What was missing was a lack of counter space, a lack of a place to store sox and underwear, and hooks to hang a towel or clothing. The bathroom was enormous, unnecessarily so, and the tv was too small and too far from the seating area. There were no end tables for the sofa.

It was Amazing!!!!!

It was amazing!! But you have to ask for room service and they only give you new towels. They do room service every other day. The staff were pretty decent. They tried to over charge my account when I checked out and they didn’t fix it. They told me a manger suppose to call and still haven’t received a call from a manager. I love the hotel but management did not handle over charging me yet!!!!!!

This place was amazing. Right across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and the world of coke. There are MANY restaurants within walking distance. Anything else you could possibly need/want is a QUICK uber ride away. The staff were INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond for not only my family but each guest i saw them interact with. I can't say enough good about this facility and their staff. Thank you guys so much for making my mini vacation a success!

This hotel was great BUT we got room 730. It is facing a club. The music was so loud and it went on until 3am. They should know by now that any rooms 720-731 they should offer complimentary earplugs. Request a different room!!

Valet parking was taking to long to give the car ticket when arrived because it was crowded, took around 30 mins to get it, the people there were not that friendly, only the lady at the bar! Black out curtain was not working, and the room we’ve gotten was loud. The space for breakfast was not enough and people were standing waiting for a place to be able to eat, there was people all around the hotel lobby waiting. The valet for leaving was worse, the guys there were frustrated and mad because there was no organization to get the cars, took around 45 mins to get ours! But it is just next to the aquarium.

Springhill suites is a short walk to gwcc.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament. We walked to GWCC everyday and felt safe. The hotel staff was friendly. The valet attendant was very friendly and offered to let me leave my car if I needed to but I found parking closer because it was raining on Sunday.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The property claimed to be wheelchair accessible, but I was placed in a room designed for vision-impaired guests instead of the wheelchair-accessible room I had booked. The room was too small for my disabled mother to move around comfortably, which was frustrating. Additionally, I was charged $250 for valet parking, which was supposed to cover three nights. The charge was $50 per night, but we only stayed for three nights, so it should have been a total of $150. Unfortunately, I was never refunded the extra $100 even though staff said it would go back on my card. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient for the activities we had planned, which made the trip a bit easier. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, especially with the billing issues and the room not meeting my needs.

Pros-Super clean and safe. Nice clean modern room. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Bed is super soft and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best I have had. Lots of options including light fluffy Belgium waffles you make by yourself with a lot of topping options. Staff is friendly. Cons-There isn’t a ton of walkable dining options. Plus no grocery stories nearby. Check-out is at 12 and at 11:50 am someone was knocking on my door. Probably should wait to do that until after 12.

The woman at the check in counter was incredibly helpful when we got there and there were no rooms available with two queens. The valet people were also incredibly helpful. Two areas for improvement. The walls are super thin and we had people in the next room laughing it up until 3 am. And breakfast. You need more staff. The people could not keep up with the need to replace food so a lot of things were empty. The bacon was also undercooked and sitting in a pile of grease.
