The two bedroom, one bath condo was just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was roomy enough for 4 of us. The whole building is older and you can tell some renovations were done on this unit several years ago. The bathroom had some mildew in the shower, the extra sheets were balled up in a closet, and the wall decor was dusty. Otherwise, it was pretty clean.The building is secure and has a concierge on duty all hours. The issue i had with our unit (which faces out on Peachtree) was the odor of pot at night. I assume it was drifting up from the street or from a balcony below. Either way, it was irritating.The host was very responsive. We had a small maintenance issue and someone came quickly to make a repair.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and this unit was a cozy home away from home.

I will never do it again

It was the worst time I came all away from Virginia to Atlanta. I didn’t really know anybody and I couldn’t stay at that room so I’m staying at the hotel.

Everything about the apartment was great, the only negative is the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very loud and there a few unsavory people walking around.

Great Place to Stay in ATL

We were in Atlanta for the National Skills USA Competition and this was our second time staying in Peachtree Towers. We booked a unit on AirBnB last year and it was disgusting. This unit is on the 22nd floor and has amazing views of the city! Do not be afraid of the homeless population that so many reviews mention! We made friends with some of them and Mr. Bill was our favorite ❀ The front desk staff is super friendly and we will miss them. Our unit was clean and quiet. We didn’t use any of the kitchen amenities but they are available. Also, I NEVER sleep well when I’m anywhere but my own bed. I slept like a baby! 8 full hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. We would definitely book again! Oh, and the parking garage on Baker Street

freaking awesome đŸ€© The staff is SO friendly and they treated our very large truck like royalty. FYE, the clearance is posted at 6’; however, they accommodated our F250 Power Stroke (Tremor) on the lower level which is a good 7’+. They treated it with kid gloves and we really appreciated them.

It was just okay; cleanliness has to be improved

This property is worn down and it's not like the photos. The property cleanliness was just okay and linens were either not fresh or not clean. The kitchen faucet was in broken state and the neighborhood isn't a great one. It's noisy at night and overall, I wouldn't stay here again if I've to go to Atlanta again.

Convenient and clean

Convenient to the AmericasMart building. Very clean unit. 24 hour security with entry only by keycard. Very quiet floor. Had a minor hiccup upon checkin and property management assisted right away, very helpful.

Good Stay

The room was clean and loved the decor. We booked this room based on the modern look and the walk-in shower. Very clean and comfortable but a bit cold. Extra blankets would be helpful since the radiator heater is not adjustable. One of our family members uses a wheelchair and the accessible entrance is on the side of the building.

Great place to stay just needs additional items to make it comfortable.

The condo was very nicely remodeled and very accommodating to what we needed. However just a few things were not the best. The dishwasher was not working which was okay but we had no kitchen towels to do the dishes. No extra trash bags. The kitchen faucet was very loose.The beds were not comfortable at all. We only had two rolls of toilet paper (for 3 days and 4 people). The furniture on patio was broken but had great views. The place is nice but it just needs some extra items in condo to make it comfortable for guest.

Great condo

Condo was exactly what we expected, as described on VRBO. The person that commented on the pillows was correct, they were either hard as a brick or too soft. TV situation leaves a lot to be desired, but i understand most rentals are going this direction, getting rid of cable and requiring log ins for apps. The remotes needed new batteries. Love the remodel upgrades, but odd that the built in microwave and the dishwasher did not work. Great location, we walked to Mercedes Benz Stadium, easy walk. Overall nice place, very secure!!

Nice place convenient to downtown conference facilities

This condo was as described in the listing and super convenient to downtown convention space at the Hyatt/Marriott. The sound insulation in the building is quite impressive; we never heard anything outside of our unit. The parking situation can be a little sketchy, so I do recommend taking the owner's suggestion and using the more expensive parking deck a half block behind the condo, as there's at least an attendant there. There are a lot of unhoused people hanging around, and someone did get attacked in front of the Hyatt while we were there, so be cognizant of your surroundings when outside. But the condo was comfortable, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning - which is a really old system - worked surprisingly well. Even though the temperatures outside were unseasonably hot, the system kept the apartment a comfortable temperature. We would definitely stay here again for a conference at the Hyatt or Marriott downtown.

Great Spot in ATL Hotel district

Had a great time attending a conference and renting this super cute downtown condo. Super clean and convenient location. Comfortable beds, but take your own pillow if possible! Would stay here again!

Great condo and location

Came here for spring break, as a family of 5. It’s a really neat older building but the rental is updated and modern. We were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go. It has an awesome view as it’s on the 22nd floor. It’s really quiet at night so the building must be well insulated. The concierge was courteous and helpful. The coffee maker is a Keurig which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The unit did provide a couple of k-cups. The bathroom door needs a lock but hopefully that will be added soon. We did see some homeless people but I think that’s to be expected and it wasn’t just at our building. We never felt unsafe and the security processes are great. Would definitely stay here again.
