The room was spotless, it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helped me understand precisely from day to day. I definitely like the fact that I could use a stove, microwave and refrigerator for my children daily and in and friendly area. However I do feel housekeeping could come every other day if you pay for multiple days in a row.

The kitchen was still dirty and there was dried food on the table and wall. In the bathroom, the door did not close completely and the tub was still dirty. Mildew in cracks of shower and sink. To top it off, we were asked if we had pets and we said no. The agent said she would still put us in a room across from the office so they could keep an eye and make sure we didn't have a pet. Lastly, we were charged an extra $25 deposit of which I advised was not listed. I was told pay it if I want the room and in order to get it back, the office managers would need to walk through my room and inspect it first. As a matter of fact, we were told that management would randomly walk in our room to observe, every 3 days. I'd never waste my time and money with them.

Very quiet location, rooms were very clean except sink had a smell and scribbles on the wall from a kid I assume. Cleaning staff was alway very pleasant. Laundry room wasn't great smelled like pee.
