Very quiet location, rooms were very clean except sink had a smell and scribbles on the wall from a kid I assume. Cleaning staff was alway very pleasant. Laundry room wasn't great smelled like pee.

I arrived after 4. I was asked to pay an extra 25.00 plus tax security deposit. Hotel.com didn’t mention. I’m waiting for them to return my 25.00. The first room they gave the toilet seat was a mess. The second room smoke filled and I don’t smoke. The third room tub was nasty and the worker came and cleaned. I feel very cheated now I know why there is no refund. Sad

I understand it’s a motel, but it’s probably the worse motel I ever stayed. The first room they gave to me is much smaller than the picture shows. No kitchen table, room smell like smoking (we booked non smoking room), hairs in the tub. We got there late and tired, didn’t feel like to change a room after we moved all the luggage to second floor. Second day, found out microwave is broken. The Lady helped to replace microwave had a bad day or something, who had such a bad attitude. She couldn’t even find a place to store a giant microwave in the kitchen since there isn’t a table. We finally decided that is enough, we will find another place to stay tomorrow. But The front desk wouldn’t confirm with me to cancel my last day stay, just told me to call Hotels.com since I booked through the website. After I talked to Hotels.com, they decided to switch a larger room for us. That was supposed to be the room I booked but we didn’t get until I complained with Hotels.com. I guess I got some discounts from Hotels.com, they decided to switch a small smoking room! After we moved everything in this large room, discovered the bathroom sink isn’t drain at all! The front desk told me no maintenance is working on the weekend! A terrible motel with all broken facilities, that place should be rebuilt before it can be functioning properly! I DO NOT recommend this motel to anyone!

ReFUND !!!!!! Pllllleeeasssseeee

First impression means nothing to this place . The residents are sketchy the staff are rude, and just want your money. I tried to check in around noon, I seen clean rooms with the curtain pulled back. I've worked in hospitality, which is how I knew. We were sent to a waiting area which is outside in the scorching heat we were trying to recooperate from, despite my room already been paid. On top of that I waited an additional 30 mins to check in by now it was going on 4. Later in to the check in I was charged a surprise deposit of 27 dollars and I wanted to add another guest they told me that's an additional 12 dollars on top of the 64.00 already paid and a deposit. I felt like they robbed me blind but was grateful to have a room . As far as recommending hotels, it's clean comfortable and somewhat affordable if u add nothing to your reservation. They just need better staff. They were unprofessional. And making a paying guest wait on you then jack the price up at check in is unacceptable. I was angry they took all my money for no reason. I want to think because I'm American and a woman. But is what it is. Don't arrive early , they will make you wait till after 3. Also they are money hungry. I may never come back. ... Well I will but the whole staff would have to be removed. Terrible customer service . They do as they want. Sigh.....not happy I spent 95 dollars and intended on a cheaper stay without the extra. They'll get one star for now.
