The receptionist was very nice. His attitude was excelkent. The only downside, he charged me TWICE by mistake(inadequate training). I only realised it before checking out. When I lodged a complaint, this time, another receptionist who was on duty, asked me to call in the morning and speak to the manager.
She was very professional and reassuring, the way she handled the situation.I was told I will receive the refund in up to two weeks. The FULL refund was made in two business days.Good job! I believe her(the manager's) name is Karen.
Bottom line: I will definetely want to stay there another time.
