The Artist's Den Guest Suite

Sleep easy in our dark bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, luxury cotton bedding, blackout curtains, dim lighting, and a tower fan. Unwind by the electric fireplace in an oversized velvet armchair or outside next to our koi pond. The cook’s kitchen (all yours, not shared!) comes fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you need to meal prep or savor leftovers during your stay. Fast Wi-Fi for remote work or for watching a game. Washer/dryer in-unit—not shared! All utilities included. Separate, private entrance. One designated off-street parking space.



Guest access is for the downstairs unit only. Unit includes its own kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, bedroom, and seating area. No shared areas other than the driveway and backyard.



Private unit entrance is from the backyard. The backyard is accessible via 7 stairs from the paved driveway and a short gravel walkway. Keyless entry code for smart lock provided on the day of arrival.



Bedroom includes one closet for guest use with extra bedding, vacuum cleaner, broom, hangers, and luggage rack. Locked cleaner's closet and locked utility room are not accessible to guests.



Stairwell interior entrance to upstairs unit is locked and not accessible to guests. A dog gate on the stairwell is also kept closed to prevent pet from sniffing the upstairs door.



One off-street parking space is provided with booking. Guest must not double-park or block the entrance to driveway.



Messages within the app will be answered promptly during business hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET). Quiet hours must be adhered from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. ET. A phone number will be provided for emergencies only.



We’re close to everything! Walk, take the bus, or bike to restaurants, breweries, wine bars, gyms, grocery stores, and coffee shops in Smyrna. We’re only a 10-minute Uber ride to see the Braves at Truist Park. WIth close proximity to I-285, I-20, and I-75, you have more opportunities to travel and less gridlock than in other areas of town. We’re approximately a 20-minute drive to Marietta Square (to the north) or to Mercedes-Benz Stadium (to the south). And if you enjoy the great outdoors, we’re also near the Silver Comet and Chattahoochee River trails.

We live in a quiet, residential neighborhood.



No more than 2 guests allowed. All guests are subject to a background check; a secure, offline $250 security deposit (refundable with no damages and adherence to house rules); and a rental agreement confirming adherence to house rules before check-in. Extended stays may be available.



Only cats and working adults live in upstairs unit. Friendly neighbors own dogs that live indoors and are not left outside to bark endlessly. A gardener comes by twice a month to mow the lawn.



You are allowed to bring one pet with you with application approval and pet deposit. The large, fenced-in backyard is for you and your pet to enjoy, but your pet must be monitored to ensure they do not escape through gaps in the fence. All pet waste must be picked up by pet owner.



There is a designated smoking area in the backyard, but no smoking is allowed in the unit or within 50-feet of the building.

The Artist's Den Guest Suite offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
