The staff were 5star Maisha and Efrain made a bad problem Good. My moving truck lock was tampered with prior to arriving to the hotel. Maisha went out of her way to get me a locksmith and wait with me . Chase Masri the general manager went home got a lock cutter and tried at first to help me open the truck. Great people . Great stay. Thank you .

The hotel fell far below my expectations. While it met basic cleanliness standards, I was surprised there were no slippers or robes available for such price. The only ice machine and microwave were on the 2nd floor; none were on other floors, and there was only one elevator. The most disappointing moment was I paid for a hot breakfast for 3 days, but all they provided was a single parfait. The rooms were not very soundproof — I could hear noise from the room above. Thirty minutes before checkout my key stopped working, and I had to visit the front desk several times. The only positive was that the staff were courteous. I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect and cozy

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are so nice, and the staff were great. The hotel has an intimate setting with a personal approach to catering to your needs. I’m definitely coming back when I come to ATL again!

Hotel itself was VERY nice, the staff was super friendly and check in was about as smooth as it could be. Despite a couple of rundown houses across the road, the area was also nice.

I was very surprised by the place. The room is perfect for solo travel or a couple who doesn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room. I loved the decorations in it. Even though it was small it felt very homey. The bed was nice the pillows were kind of flat though. The hotel has a very nice lobby and courtyard to read/have wine/hangout. They even have a coffee shop and bar. I wish the coffee was open later then 11am though on weekdays and I wish the bar opened earlier then 5 but it was a really nice unexpected perk to the hotel. I walked to pounce market place. I would 100% stay in this hotel again.
