The bartender was amazing!!! he was very friendly fast and efficient when understaffed and so many customers at once he did an amazing job. The room was very clean. Nice I loved the bed. The shuttle driver went above and beyond with helping me to get to a car rental. It was a very nice stay.

This was a last minute booking due to a missed connection so I was not expecting much. The welcome at reception was exceptional. ALL staff were very friendly and professional with me and other guests. Twice, I saw staff greet regulars by name. But the best surprise was the room. It was PERFECT. Very comfortable, clean, great shower, lots of outlets for charging devices, and great coffee in the room. Westin nailed it!
