for a supposedly 5 star hotel, i wasn't too impressed. the rooms were nice but not out of this world + i was disappointed with the amenities. the hot tub was colder than my bath water and their were no bubbles. when i went to the sauna, it wasn't even hot. i did enjoy the bath robes in the room, the cleaning staff was excellent + always restocked us on towels, and if we did need something extra, a quick phone call to the lobby was all we needed to do.
