The unit (it was a condo and not a hotel!) was noisy. They had glass glasses and not paper or plastic ones. There was no hair dryer or wash cloths. The unit smelled musty. The mattress was too soft. I felt like I would sink in. The bed was too low to the floor

We were there for 5 days and housekeeping never came to our room. The room had a distinct strong smell. There was no blanket on the bed, we had to ask for one. Location was great and it’s got potential to be. cute place, just not too accommodating.

I would not recommend this property. Rented a two bedroom unit for a week while a family member was in nearby hospital. The clothes dryer was non-functional for entire stay. Notified the management staff and maintenance did not show up until day 5. Maintenance person could not fix the dryer. Kitchen faucet was broken and leaked excessively under the sink. Unit was dirty. Ceiling fan looked like it had not been cleaned for several years. Although outfitted with a full kitchen, the unit only included two forks and one spoon. Supplies were minimal such as one garbage bag for kitchen to last full week. Stayed in a unit that was on rear side of the building. The walkway from the parking lot to the unit’s door was dirty, full of trash and smelled bad. Rodent traps located along the sidewalk to the unit. Last night someone was loudly banging on the neighbors door at 4:00 AM. Woke everyone in our unit up. Almost called 911 but the person eventually stopped banging the door.

Room was dirty and uncleaned when arrived, sheets were stained/dirty. When given another room there were other people in said room that they did not check for before giving us the keys. Luckily the front desk lady was very nice and understanding and canceled our stay. We were able to find another hotel last minute luckily. Would not recommend staying here.

Just ok

The hotel was in a great location. Safe, beautiful. Check in was perfect, front desk guy pleasant. Room was spacious, but definitely needed a heavy clean. While most of it was acceptable, clean kitchen, bed, bathroom, the floors were tacky, corners were dirty, the window sills had mold. We didn't go barefoot. There was a bug of some sort in the bathroom as well. And while the bed had clean sheets it also had a plastic mattress cover and pillow covers that made a crinkle, crunchy sound and were hot. The couch in the living room was hard and the fabric rough as sandpaper. There were only 2 windows so it was also very dark. However, that was great for sleeping as it was also very quiet. So overall just not a comfortable space. I wouldn't stay again.
