Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a fully covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two vehicles comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by the pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.
Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a beautiful dining area and completed with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. Bedroom 5 is on the streetside of the home offers 2 Twin Beds, Flat screen TV and features a private full bath.
The outdoor shower includes a foot washing station right inside the gate from the beach.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
