The location of the property is great, but unfortunately the condition of the property does not match the photos in the listing. The home needs a thorough deep cleaning, and several furnishings need to be cleaned or replaced. Examples include: The leather recliner shown in the listing looks great in the photo, but in reality it is dried, cracked, and sheds leather when you sit in it, making it unusable. The master bathroom has mold and mildew in the corners and cracks, and the walls, corners, and baseboards throughout the property are dirty. The dishwasher was also dirty inside and did not properly clean the dishes.The washing machine had duct tape around the door when we arrived and was not functional. Maintenance initially responded, but there was no proactive follow-up regarding the repair. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates and ultimately left without a working washing machine for the entire stay.At checkout, I provided feedback and later supplied photos documenting the condition of the property. While they did provide a 250 refund for the washing machine, their response did not address the broader cleanliness and maintenance concerns.The location is excellent, but based on our experience, the property needs attention and is not currently represented accurately by the listing photos.
