I stayed in the Bally’s tower two months ago and everything was fine but on 4-25-25We stayed in the Dennis tower and the room was dirty there was crumbs all on the table the tub had hair in it the hallway looks like it hasn’t been vacuum in a year and it’s very outdated I will not stay here again

One specific male was abrupt, dismissive and plain rude at check-in. Dunkin’ opened at 7:30 (not 6:00 a.m. as posted) with NO breakfast food or donuts!!!! There was nowhere else close to eat in the early hours of 6:00/7:00a.m. No room service at the end of April… it’s Spring at the beach for crying out loud!!!

This was me and my husband first time at Bally’s. We came for a show and the bathroom was the best part! It was so romantic. The tub was big enough for 2 people. We relaxed before the concert. I will definitely return.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Found out the pool was closed. The Yard was closed. No live entertainment. Casino was lackluster. A 16 oz bottle of water was $5.79! Resort fees (approx. $35) per night for nothing! Hotel taxes and fees, taxes and fees, taxes and fees... on top of the booking taxes and fees! The Hotels.com description was misleading...We should have known better!
