The check in process was horrible. There was a kiosk one could use to check in but after going through the entire process the receipt with room number did not print. Discovered this was a known issue yet no sign was placed to advise. We then went in the line to get our keys from a desk attendant. We expressed our concerns regarding the kiosk but the representative could not care less and was extremely rude. She originally stated the wrong date of stay and when we questioned her she spoke to us in a condescending manner asking “Did you not hear me?” then started raising her voice and talking to us like we were toddlers. Later on we returned to our room after playing the slots. My brother left to get ice and a minute later I hear the door unlock but instead of my brother it was an unknown drunken female. She had a working key and claimed that we were in her room!! Thankfully this incident was not as serious as it could have been. We called security and the lady went to front desk. All keys were deactivated. The manager on duty handled the situation excellently making certain we felt valued and gave us a room and food credit. She saved the stay!!

Thought continental breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. No king room available upon arrival. A very loud machine made noise throughout the night in hallway. Had to pay parking fees as well.
