The hotel and Atlantic City itself all suffer from poor upkeep and filthy conditions. Room was dusty and not well cleaned. We stayed the night in a deluxe oceanfront room. The carpeting is gross as you can only imagine was has been on it in a hotel geared towards drunken partying. Walls had stains. Bathroom vanity light had no switch and was just on all day and night. Lamp switches were broken off. Not what you would expect for nearly $600 a night. Had a great time at the concert but would never go back for just the casino or hotel. Food wasn’t great either.

I liked the entertainment, the variety of food in the food court and the restaurants. Rooms are amazing, bathrooms are immaculate. The house keeping are very friendly. Overall this was a phenomenal vacation and it made me and my family big fans of Hard Rock Cafe Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay but it was SO HOT inside the casino area. It was above 80 inside for sure. Everyone from the other guests to workers were all commenting how hot it was inside. Other than that we had a good time. Staff is friendly and nice property with a great location on the boardwalk.

Steps from ocean pier with rides, games and food. Beach bar across the street. Terrace at Hard Rock has great views of the Ocean. Ventilation system at Hard Rock is good, only smelled smoke when walking past active smokers. Great security at guest room elevators. 24/7 bakery was very nice- they had sandwiches to simple pastries, to grab and go. Awesome collection of celebrity memorabilia.
