Our overall stay was good. Food was great, some staff were friendly and gave great customer service and the pool was fun. However, the DJ wasn’t the best and lacked cultural diversity in music. Overall it was a fun getaway for first time visit.

A resort style hotel - Nope.

The moment we got into the hotel the line was at least 70 people deep. Only a few people checking in guests. I attempted to use the kiosk but because it was through hotels.com , I could not. Then we got our room and it smelled like a smoking old motel. The bathroom was filthy and the shower had mold everywhere. Went to complain. I was told they would check it out and get back to me. No one did , we did leave for a concert so we didn’t get back until late. The front desk was empty so no one reached out or resolved the issue. Returned to the room for it to be 75° and nothing had been done. Who turned the heat on? No one knows. Upon checking out we received a 30 food credit to use in the 1hour we had left as a resolution. Not a good stay. I do not recommend it.

Upon arrival valet was terrible took 45 minutes for them to take our car . We received our room and it was filthy smelled like cigarettes. The post for the room on hotels.com non smoking and renovated . This room was far from renovated. The shower head in bathroom was moldy there was hair all on floor . There was coffee stains on the table with a dirty napkin. There was dust and con webs . Dirty q tip on floor. Multiple calls to the front desk to be told will send someone up to clean we are at 100 occupancy meanwhile there were still room available to book. Noticed multiple people also lined up complaining how dirty there room were as well . Management was not helpful made us feel like oh well . Even after housekeeping came and cleaned still www disgusting

My weekend at Harrah hotel in the Coastal Towers

The room my ok. The thermostat in the room was not registering properly. The did not work at all. We tried to get the floor assistant to just empty our trash can but no one would do it. The bathroom had no hand soap to wash your hands and the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable.

The property was okay, a bit dated but safe. Some of the lights in my room were not working. The shower pressure was great which is hard to find when you book a hotel room. The staff were pleasant, ready to support you which was a plus.
