EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED

This experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I arrived at Harrah's Casino Resort around 4PM but I was unable to check-in through the kiosk because hotels.com did not provide me with a Harrah’s confirmation number. After standing in line for approximately 30 minutes, I received an email stating that my reservation had been moved to another property. I then had to gather my things/luggage and go to a completely different property. I was given the worse room they had (West Tower) and there wasn't any compensation for the inconveniences.
