I loved my stay ! Pool, Gym accommodations were great ! Loved that it is easy accessible to beach & boardwalk. However, I would love to see more food and shopping options with affordability for all. Maybe an all inclusive option or food voucher option with room booking would be great !!!

We had a great time at Oceans , the variety of restaurants was amazing, the park at night was perfect for an evening stroll, parking was inexpensive and the staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The property was clean, the staff were nice and welcoming. The people at the front desk were very efficient and friendly, we had a problem with our remote and our hotel key and they had someone fix it immediately. The cafe in the lobby also had amazing food. The people whom clean the room(s) also did a good job with making sure we had plenty towels and washcloths etc. Overall experience was a 10/10.

Not really worth the cost

Booked two rooms, two nights. The Good: the views are very nice. One of the guests needed a handicap room, but the booking was not done correctly. The hotel moved the guest from that room to a handicap room the second night for no charge. Vallet parking was only $10 for the two nights. Staff was friendly. The Bad: front desk was overwhelmed. Couldn't handle check in. Would tell us one thing and we would find out it was wrong. Would tell us they would correct something and find out they didn't. They were nice, but not competent. The Ocean steakhouse is horrible and ridiculously expensive. AVOID! The Ugly: when we first arrived at 4 PM, one of our rooms was ready. The room that was supposed to be ready wasn't cleaned. There was a slice of meat on the floor, food in the fridge, and a wet stain on the carpet. We were moved but it took almost three hours from when we arrived to when everyone was finally in their cleaned rooms. Unfortunately, there aren't really any better hotels in Atlantic City. Recommend staying in Ocean City or somewhere else. If you absolutely have to stay in Atlantic City, try to stay at the Hard Rock. Else, expect an overpriced sub-par place.

A top notch place to stay and play

Love the party atmosphere, entertainment, new restaurants. The only complaint is they changed a lot of msttresses and pillows which are too form and overstuffed. Getting a restful sleep is challenging.

Access to the beach was convenient. I enjoy sitting on the beach early in the morning. Not sure if chairs are included but that should be an option.
