I loved the outside area of the property, my room and the confiest bed I ever had. But I dislike a few things. First I check in early at 12pm and I requested a higher floor room and they said they will notify me when it will be ready, it was 6pm and still nothing until I went to front desk they said the room was ready and they just gave me the keys and gave me a extrange look instead of apologize or explain why took so long. Second the pool was not clean and a side of the indoor pool had a strong pee smell, it was bad. Bathrooms were much cleaner than the. The amount that I paid for one night was not worth it.

Regular visitor, disappointed at last stay.

Once again, we got put on the 40th floor, which seems to be a ghost town for housekeeping. As you open the door, the smell of mold and must hit you in the face, and everything you touch is covered with dust. There were stains of either blood or food on the sheets and pillows, the air conditioner seemed to be on heat, the windows were visibly not washed in some time, toiletries were scarce and had to be asked for in a two day stay (the liquid pumps for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nearly empty upon checking in). Also, somebody else’s hair, including pubic, was scattered throughout the toilet room stall. The condition of the pool has become horrendous, as we’ve been regular guests every other month for the past three years, and watched especially this area of the facility become less pleasant to visit than a toilet in a bus stop. There are enormous amount of wildly behaving children playing Marco Polo, visibly filthy adults having sex in the hot tub and pool, hair, cups and random trash floating in the pool and around it, to the point where the water is cloudy and you can’t see the bottom like you used to be able to. Also, the pool was not heated and there was brown foam in the hot tub. My mother woke up with hives on her legs and face and we still don’t know exactly what it’s from. After all this time in the past four years, this ‘resort’ is going downhill quick.

The room we stayed was dirty, there was a little kid shirt left behind, no body soap for shower have to call to ask for it and they bring me a bar soap, not even what I asked for, the floor was sticky when we first walked in the room, the door has lots of fingerprints, the door handle was dirty got something on it and it sticks to my hand. paying this price for the hotel room and not even a bottle of water in the room.

I loved my stay ! Pool, Gym accommodations were great ! Loved that it is easy accessible to beach & boardwalk. However, I would love to see more food and shopping options with affordability for all. Maybe an all inclusive option or food voucher option with room booking would be great !!!

We had a great time at Oceans , the variety of restaurants was amazing, the park at night was perfect for an evening stroll, parking was inexpensive and the staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The property was clean, the staff were nice and welcoming. The people at the front desk were very efficient and friendly, we had a problem with our remote and our hotel key and they had someone fix it immediately. The cafe in the lobby also had amazing food. The people whom clean the room(s) also did a good job with making sure we had plenty towels and washcloths etc. Overall experience was a 10/10.
